Gellvelyn Derowen - Brown Oak in the Cornish language.
This Oak has an unusually deep chocolate brown hue, a much sought after transformation in colour caused by a bracket fungus called fistulina hepatica.
A one of a kind set, hand carved in Cornwall with axe and knife, finished with naturally hard wearing milk paint and sealed with a blend of Cornish Beeswax and cold pressed linseed oil.
